Review and analyze sales order for understanding of the customer’s network. Perform analysis of nearest facility to order circuits from, based on NPA-NXX. Order facilities from the appropriate Local Exchange Carriers and Interexchange Carriers via ASRs and other order methods. Follow up on orders placed to ensure LEC receipt and delivery of service on desired due date. Escalate ASRs with vendors whenever there are facility or process problems. Perform research and analysis of busy CFA before changing an assignment. Assign circuits across Intermedia’s infrastructure and MCI’s infrastructure using the facility assignments database. Determine and order necessary equipment and arrange for installation through vendors. Create and distribute the circuit work package to the appropriate service delivery and field personnel. Monitor network bandwidth and alert Supervisor/Network Engineering when facilities are limited. Maintain appropriate databases in accordance with job responsibilities. Responsible for ensuring provisioning to the most cost effective facilities, submitting ASR’s and LSR’s using ASR97, Procomm Plus BDS Telis and Service Gate. I was also made Lead Provisioner in 1996 and was responsible for training new employees on the proper procedure for provisioning. Have knowledge on provisioning of all data circuits including 56K, fractional T1’s, full T1’s, internetwork PVC’s and also NNI’s.

Filed copies of DLR’s, PVC DLR’s. Responsible for making copies of work orders for the designers and putting folders together to be worked and also getting the final work order package together for approval.
